Made this today and it was awesome!! I followed the recipe as stated--I had 8 porkchops and yes you don't need 1 cup of flour-1/2 cup would have done the trick--if you don't like the "tang" of cayenne pepper use half the amount--I had to use 2 pans because I had so many porkchops--depending on the thickness of the porkchops you may have to cook ...
