These are amazing!!! I read all of the reviews and followed the recipe exactly. Boiled caramel to 240 and did not stir, I think the trick is to make sure butter is softened so it melts quicker. Making a double batch next time.

So this may sound like a weird combo but it is so delicious. I had it with the egg and now I am taking the kale combo with the hummus for lunch. It really works together. Thanks for a healthy breakfast and lunch option.

This soup is amazing. Very simple. All the ingredients work, it is well balanced and incredibly rich. I served it with grilled cheese and the family was thrilled. I will definitely make this again and probably a double batch. Do not forget to add the sherry, it add a nice flavor."

Absolutely fantastic! I read all of the reviews so I decided to dredge the beef in flour before I browned it, this helped give me a thicker sauce at the end. do not skip the brandy or the fresh thyme, these two ingredients made a huge impact. also the sour cream helped as a thickener, this one is a keeper. "
