Excellent, of course it always takes me about twice the amount of time to cook a dish than is posted but once finished it was very tasty.

Reviewed jerk rubbed chicken thighs with home-made mango-habanero hot sauce

May 7, 2014 on

You got to like spicy otherwise this recipe isn't for you. I halved the vinegar as per the advice of others and that was a good call, didn't use honey but that probably would have made it even better. Used jalapeno instead of habenero, and only a quarter of the seeds of the jalapeno and it was plenty spicy.

egg whites thicken it up, not sure if that is what you mean by richer.

Excellent, I use vegetable oil throughout, and added a bunch of different veggies, red peppers, bok choy, snap peas and green beans. I microwaved broccolli and green beans for 3 minutes then added them in, they came out perfect not too done. Also use chicken breast instead of thighs because that's what I had. Delicious.

I used pumpkin spices since others said without it was bland. My husband is gluten sensitive so I used Pamela's gluten free ginger snaps. It was a hit everyone liked this version better than the traditional pumpkin pie.

Easy, tasty, spicy. Followed recipe except went with skinless thighs and half & half instead of heavy cream. Didn't have broccoli so I omitted it.

This recipe was very tasty, especially if you are partial to chicken thighs which I am. I added some red curry paste, and chilli paste to give it a little more spice.

This is my go to recipe when I have to make something for a pot luck. Always get a ton of compliments and it's so quick and easy. I have substituted red cabbage for radicchio when I couldn't find it. I've used other dried fruits, tastes just as good. My grocery store has organic baby kale which is tender and is perfect for this recipe."

Terrific recipe. Took other reviewers recommendation and started with half the mayo and chilled the chutney while cooking the shrimp. This one is a keeper."
