My Activity

Reviewed Beef Tips and Noodles

"Very simple to make, got rave reviews from my husband. Will definitely make again. I served it with rice vs. noodles. Followed recipe as written. Did not think it was salty."

Reviewed Hobo Casserole

"Oh my! This casserole is so good. Not sure if I was just really hungry or it was really good. Very easy to make. I eyeballed the milk and intentionally put in at least a third of a cup. I also did not have French fried onions, but the onion I put in was plenty. Not a big fan of empty calories anyway."

Reviewed Chicken Tamale Pie

"Seemed like the perfect recipe. Ingredients I usually have on hand. Seemed to me the recipe needed something. Definitely corn. Not sure what else. "

Reviewed Texas Oven-Roasted Beef Brisket

"My first brisket! This recipe was easy and really good. Very tender. I got several meals out of it, my final was brisket chili, which was super. Definitely a keeper. "

Reviewed Dutch Baby

When I ate at the OPH I had the version with the vegetables inside (sauted broccoli, mushrooms, onion, with cheddar). I was afraid this recipe would be too sweet with the sugar in it. Not so and will make this again soon with v"
