Reviewed Chocolate Bread
"This was wonderful microwaved for a few seconds with a little butter slathered on top (I'm sure Paula would approve - LOL!) I also used walnuts instead of pecans, since they were handier and dusted them with flour along with the chocolate chips - no problems there! However, I didn't think it tasted like a big brownie - my brownies are a lot sweeter and chewier. I used the whole cup of oil, which did produce a fairly thin batter, but it baked up just fine. Instead of 2 regular loaf pans, I used two mini-loaf baking sheets, which made 16 mini-loaves, and then cut the baking time down to just over 20 minutes. The inside was done and the crust was not too brown, so this also worked out well. Gave several loaves out to friends and they raved about them, so this is definitely a "keeper" recipe!
