I doubled up on the garlic and vinegar for this recipe and served with a layer of fresh baby spinach and super thinly sliced fresh mozzarella and and with every bite and my eyes rolled back in my head cause it was so good. I love this and have made it two days in a roll already. Thank you for posting this simply perfect recipe."
