Excellent recipe -made it exactly as stated except I doubled it to feed my brood. I cooked in a 9x13 for 55 mins @ 325. The quiche was light and fluffy- I so did not miss the crust!! I liked the soup, but I thought it was more like a chili. 10 Pieces of bacon was a lot, and I think next time I'll add 5. I pureed 1/2 the beans, which made it obviously thick, and I wouldn't do that next time either. I would definitely make this again with the noted changes."
