About Me
Fibromyalgia keeps me from working, but I'm trying to stay busy with my family, friends & church family. I'm trying to improve my health with yoga & finally learning to swim. I was raised to love food & it's preparation.
Favorite Foods
Unfortunately for my scales, I love carbs, starches, & sweets! I'm best known for my desserts, but my daughter says the best thing I make is Grilled Chicken Alfredo over Angel Hair Pasta. My son's favorite is also a pasta dish, one called Pastitsio. It's layers of elbow macaroni, a beef sauce scented with cinnamon & bay leaves, bechamel sauce & grated parmesan.
