Reviewed French Toast
"Absolutely delicious. Perfect French toast! I did add some vanilla extract, cinnamon and coconut milk to the custard. I didn't have half and half only heavy whipping cream so I used the coconut milk to thin it out. I used challah bread. It was so much easier than I thought."
"These were a huge hit at the Superbowl party. Everyone loved them and they were easy to make. The smoked gouda and chorizo combination give these poppers such a nice smoky flavor. Next time I make these I will definitely use something to spice these up a bit, maybe throw in some red pepper flakes into the mix. ""
Reviewed Roasted Jalapeno Poppers
"I made these for Superbowl. They were super easy and I really like the addition of the cilantro. Unfortunately, I made a second recipe for poppers from this site with chorizo and those poppers totally blew these out of the water. If I make these again I will add some hot sauce in the stuffing.""
Reviewed Red Chile Short Rib Tacos
"Delicious! I served these in soft, fresh, yellow corn tortillas with crumbled cotija instead of the cheese sauce. Maybe we just eat too much because this did not serve 6-8, only 4""
I absolutely love to cook. I just wish I had more time for it. I enjoy cooking for friends and family, but especially for my husband.
