This was absolutely wonderful! I left the pancetta out to make it vegetarian and cut the recipe in half since there's only two of us. The lemon flavor is very delicate and combined with the thyme and basil, it's the perfect marriage. This will be one of those recipes that I will routinely go to when meal planning. Thank you!"
