This recipe is easy and yummy! I did a full cup of pancetta and about 3/4 cup each of the cheese. Forgot to "salt and pepper" but the pancetta makes it plenty salty! Saving to my Recipe Box!"

SINFUL and EASY! I made a double batch of this to feed a large group of adults and kids at the beach and it was devoured. The small bit of leftovers were eaten cold for breakfast by the teenage boys! This is delicious! I only had one chicken breast, which I had pounded out. I took an old, empty spice bottle and made a smaller batch, 1 Teaspoon replaced 1 Tablespoon.
