"It was crispy and tasted ok but my entire oven was covered in oil. I heard it popping a few minutes after I put it in and I hurried and put a piece of foil loosely over the pan. There was some on my oven but the mess on the foil was incredible so thank heavens I covered it. No amount of good taste can make up for having to clean the oven IMHO. ""

Reviewed Roasted Tomato and Onion Dipping Sauce

"I followed other's advice and made the tomatoes into spaghetti sauce by adding a pinch of basil, garlic powder, dried parsley, and sugar after I put them in the food processor. I served it with Melissa's Crusty Parmesan Bread recipe and a salad with Olive Garden dressing. It was absolutely wonderful. The best spaghetti sauce I have ever had. ""

"I too added garlic powder and we loved it. I served it with Melissa's roasted tomato dipping sauce only I added a pinch of basil and a tiny bit of sugar and used it as spaghetti sauce.
