"Mine were no so dry as many other people mentioned, but I think that next time I will increase the filling amount. Probably the high humidity of PR help a little bit. I was expecting more cheesecake taste, but it has too much lemon flavor. My wife like them as is, but I will continue experimenting with the recipe."
