Reviewed Gemelli with Smoked Salmon and Creamy Vodka Sauce
"Best vodka suce recipie I have tried! I doubled the pasta and had enough for 4 without doubling the sauce or fish. Also used olive oil, chicken broth with a dash of fish sauce, 1cup half and half plus 1 cup sour cream (what I had on hand). I also used some sundried tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Yummy!"
Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast
"Very easy, very good, but just a little too done. I was confused on the timing of the reheat - whether to wait for the temp to come all the way up to 375 before timing. I did, but wish I hadnt as it came out barely pink and not medium rare. Next time I will use the thermometer probe."
