This one definitely underwhelmed me. I usually really enjoy Giada's recipes, but this is one I won't be making again. Even with the fresh herbs, prosciutto, etc., my husband and I thought it was bland and meh at best.

Reviewed Salmon Cakes with Lemon-Caper Yogurt Sauce

These were fantastic. Left out the capers because my husband isn't fond of them and used panko instead of crackers since I didn't have any saltines. Will definitely make again. The only thing I wasn't big on was the sauce, but the recipe was still delicious with lemon wedges on the side. Thanks Giada!
