Reviewed Blackberry Jalapeno Glazed Pork Tenderloin

"My moms jewish, so I have next to no experience cooking pork. I ended up with a pork tenderloin, and was searching the internet for something interesting to do with it.......and I found this. And it was AWESOME. I had to make the glaze really fast, so it wasn't fully thick, so I first spread it on the meat on the grill, and then when I pulled it off of the grill, I put the meat in foil, resting while it soaked in the rest of the glaze. And it was absolutely delicious.

Reviewed Pomegranate Gelatin

"I could not for the life of me find Pomegranate juice that actually wasn't from concentrate. I did however, find 100% Black Cherry juice. I used that, and it's pretty tasty. My mom thought it was a bit on the bitter side, but I rather liked the taste. It's not overly sweet, but if you want it a little sweeter, add more sugar.

As the person under me noted, Pom didn't work for this recipe. That's because Pom is made from Pomegranate concentrate, it's not 100% juice like it claims on the front of the bottle. Make sure to read the back of the bottle before trying this recipe.

Reviewed Steel Cut Oatmeal

"My first time cooking with steel cut oats. They're chewier than rolled oats, and have a different texture, but it isn't displeasing to the tongue at all. I didn't use buttermilk, rather I used his trick from the substitution episode where you put lemon juice in skim milk to make buttermilk. It's got a good flavor, especially after adding cinnamon and brown sugar. ^_^ I think i'll be making this more often.
