Mom of three grown daughters, married for 29 years. I owe my cooking knowledge to Food Network, my mom wouldn't teach me how to cook, so it was a slow road until Food Network came along. I was in a very severe accident 6 and a half years ago, and was hospital bed bound for 8 weeks. My greatest compliment came from my then 14 year old who couldn't wait till I got back on my feet so that I could cook for them again!
