I love this recipe and can eat it by the bowl full, but it has such a unique flavor that I can see how some people wouldn't like it. I'm not a huge fan of fennel so I made it with only half a bulb. I took it to a picnic and it was hardly touched and I didn't hear a single comment on it. I'm guessing it's not for the masses, but I'll keep making it...
