"I've made a lot of pancakes, and this is definitely a recipe to keep! I've made them the way the recipe says and then for a twist I've made them with 1 cup of regular flour and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour.. Delicious both ways!!

Reviewed Tomato Soup

"This is honestly the best tomato soup I've ever had. I cut down the cayenne to 1/4 tsp. as had been suggested by many people and I think that's the perfect amount unless you want it to be VERY spicy. I also added 4 garlic cloves, which I roasted with the tomatoes. I believe everything needs some garlic! And I also added about 1/2 Tbsp. of oregano. It was truly delicious and the fresh basil on top gave it the perfect finishing touch. My whole family loved it and it will definitely become a regular!

Reviewed Asian Rice Salad With Shrimp

"This recipe is absolutely delicious. The only thing I changed was using small shrimp because I don't personally enjoy the texture of large shrimp. I would make this over and over again. The flavors are amazing!

Reviewed Baklava

"This was my first attempt at baklava and I have to say this recipe was so descriptive and helpful. I added semi-sweet chocolate chips to the nut mixture to satisfy my family's chocolate craving and it turned out amazing! GREAT recipe, was described by my sister as "sinfully delicious".. Definitely reccommend it!
