I was a dissapointed by this recipe. I LOVE Giada and watched her make this recipe on her show and it looked really good. My husband wouldn't even eat it. I think it's the ricotta that made it pretty bland. I won't be making this one again."

Really good and healthy. I did not microwave but baked at 375 for 45 mins. I tried this recipe once with the links on the side and didn't really care for it so this last time I cut open the links and broke it up like ground sausage. I liked it much better this way. I also used lean sausage because regular sausage is just too greasy. ""

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. Best asparagus I've ever had! The nutmeg and lemon really amped up the flavor. I used ground nutmeg and concentrated lemon juice and I still thought it was yum. I'm going to use this recipe when I roast broccoli next time. Great hit with the fam!

This is such a fun and easy recipe. I like it better than just spaghetti sauce. I didn't have canned plum tomatoes so I used canned diced tomatoes and I still loved it! I've also added a small can of tomato sauce to thicken the sauce. I also used queen green olives. Great recipe! My favorite to make.
