Delicious and really easy recipe!! I substituted Craisins for the yellow raisins, omitted the coconut, and added half a cup zucchini. I also used 1 c whole wheat flour, 1/2 c white flour, and 1/2 c ground flax seed. Instead of 1 c oil, I used 1/2 c oil and 1/2 c apple sauce. Healthy and Yummy!"

Reviewed Chicken Carbonara

This was the most delicious carbonara I've ever tasted!
I used pine nuts instead of walnuts and I added a few handfuls of fresh spinach during the last few minutes of cooking to add some veggies. Toss to wilt. The lemon zest at the end adds a delicious light element to an otherwise heavy dish. ""
