"This recipe is so easy and so tasty! I like how the melted butter is already incorporated into the batter so you don't have to mess with greasing the pan for each pancake. You could do lots of variations with it like add chocolate chips, fruit, etc...highly recommend! I made a half batch and got (4) 1/4-cup pancakes.
