Reviewed Carnitas Tacos with Spicy Slaw

I doubled the pork portion of this recipe and still had plenty of the coleslaw topping. I seared the pork on the outdoor grill then finished in the oven. It was good with soft flour tortillas too. This is a different,tasty dish and I enjoyed it a great deal. Thank you Sandra. ""
