The trick to that is to use about 1/4 - 1/2 more rice than liquid when using instant brown rice. "I agree that this didn't turn out as bacon-y as I would have liked. It needs more bacon flavor and a little less peanut butter flavor. Also the consistency is really crumbly and tough to work with. I will definitely try this again with a few modifications. "
