BEYOND EASY AND SOOOOOO DELISH! I put the zucchini slices on a cooking rack and cooked on convection until zucchini was golden brown...Crispy and so tasty!!! Made a sauce to go with it for dipping...any of your favorite sauces will do for sure "

Insane good! I did add some quartered scallions when I started the grapes on the stovetop. It added a bit of depth and sweetness to the grapes and offset the heat of the sausage. I have made this twice just this week-just cannot seem to get enough! Tonight I will combine some angel hair pasta to the leftover sausages/grapes. Cannot wait."

LOVED this soup=the key is definitely the lemon zest! What a refreshing and yet comforting soup. Used Ditallini, which worked well, but today they swelled up and absorbed the liquid! So next time, will def use the pastina or orzo.

Beyond amazingly delicious! And quite surprisingly, easy to prep and cook. Decided to add 30 or so garlic cloves to the braising liquid and then reduced to a thick consistency. NOTHING WAS LEFT even for leftovers! My kids fresh home from college devoured dinner in TOTAL silence and ravaging hunger. Thank you Patricia Wells
