Reviewed Spice is Right Cookies

Delicious. I left out the ginger and added 1/2 tsp of vanilla to the creamed sugar and butter mixture. My dough was too soft, so I chilled it 1/2 hour before making the cookie balls. They came out great! Follow the advice to take them out before you think they're fully cooked. They will feel very soft, but will firm up as they cool.
