Reviewed Old-Fashioned Meat Loaf- A.K.A 'Basic' Meat Loaf
"It is somewhat difficult to critique this recipe fairly considering I have never been a fan of Meatloaf, but with that being said..here is how it turned out. The presentation was somewhat messy. I dont think I packed it tight enough because it was somewhat crumbly. But, it really did taste pretty good. My husband who is a fan of meatloaf, really enjoyed it. Especially the topping. He loved the topping! "

"My husband and I love this recipe. I have used it to make the classic banana bread, banana bread with raisins, banana bread with dried cranberries and banana bread muffins. It comes out perfect each time and is incredibly moist. YUMMY!"

"It is somewhat difficult to critique this recipe considering I have never been a fan of Meatloaf, but with that being said..here is how it turned out. The presentation was somewhat messy. I dont think I packed it tight enough because it was somewhat crumbly. But, it really did taste pretty good. My husband who is a fan of meatloaf, really enjoyed it. Especially the topping. He loved the topping! "

" These were amazing. They were soft without being mushy and the toasted garlic was a light golden. The cheese melted all on top was an added bonus. I loved this recipe and will make it again for sure."
Reviewed Roasted Pears with Blue Cheese
" I loved the presentation of this recipe but the taste did not agree with my palette. My husband on the other hand absolutely loved it.He found the crunchiness of the walnuts was offset perfectly with the tenderness of the pears. The bittersweet of the cranberries with the pungent flavor of the blue cheese complimented the sweetness of the other ingredients. So though it wasnt for me, I still have to rate it as very good overall."
