"Just made my second one of these. It is very tasty. Thosse of you who say it is too watery, and need more time, I think that is due to the size of the loaf pan. The first one I made in my loaf pan, and filled it as I would with any loaf type bread, and had enough left to make a mini loaf also. The second one I bought Giadas loaf pan at target, as ""
