CUT THE RECIPE IN HALF! It's in the oven now...but I just want to say the recipe says,,,if you have leftover pumpkin puree, IF? OMG, I made 8 ramekins and I have enough to do 8 more. Cut the recipe in half or plan on enough pumpkin pie creme brulee to feed a small army!
