“This is ok but just ok. It's very rare for me have dessert leftover.
I used fresh peach instead of frozen ones. The peaches tasted great.
The whole dish was way too sweet, and can't really taste the spices except the sweetness.
Compare to the topping, I prefer the peach underneath."”

I made huge burgers. More than half pound for each patty. The problem for that is after putting all the layers, I can't open my mouth that big.
I made mushroom along with the caramelized onions. It's amazing that vinegar makes a big difference in this."”

“Great flavor and so easy to make! I ate the whole dish by myself and cannot wait to make this again tomorrow since I have the great sauce left.
I didn't add the radish since I'm not a big fan of it. The sauce is a little bit salty. Next time I won't add the salt when making the sauce. I think the rice noodle needs to be soaked more than 60...”

The butter on the skin is amazing! It made the chicken skin so crispy!

“This is very easy to make and tastes good. I added a little bit cinnamon and put half cream half milk. Maybe that's why it took me longer than 35-40 mins to bake. I baked almost 55 mins. Mine doesn't look as pretty as ina's. Really need to arrange the pear better next time."”
