Reviewed Popcorn with Rosemary Infused Oil

"Original review in 2005: This was very good and I even took a shortcut. I put the oil and rosemary (cut into 1 inch pieces in the pot and warmed it for a few mins to infuse the oil with the rosemary flavor. Then I raised it up to medium and added the popcorn. Yum. Next time I will try it the other way and compare.
2010 Update: I usually make a batch of the rosemary oil to keep on hand (with added red pepper flakes and garlic for a subtle kick) and make this popcorn often.

Reviewed Massaged Kale Salad

"I love this recipe! It's so healthy and flexible. I have made it several times with many variations. With peaches instead of mangoes; with beets, walnuts and goat cheese or feta; with lentils and yogurt sauce. I always seem to forget the honey in the dressing but it's still delicious.
