Reviewed salt and pepper salmon

Sep 19, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

I only made the salmon, but the cooking method was perfect. The salmon was perfectly crispy and still succulent on the inside. I used cast iron pan, and I did get a lot of smoking. Also used a splatter screen which is necessary. For this reason I wouldn't make it for company, but I sure would if I had better ventilation.

Reviewed Massaged Kale Salad

I love this recipe! It's so healthy and flexible. I have made it several times with many variations. With peaches instead of mangoes; with beets, walnuts and goat cheese or feta; with lentils and yogurt sauce. I always seem to forget the honey in the dressing but it's still delicious.
