Made these for family gathering. Made them the night before and roasted next day, after allowing to get to room temp. Very time consuming, but everyone enjoyed them. Will make again, using different types of peppers, including sweet. The cooking time was 45 minutes and turned them over for the bottom bacon to crisp also."

Made this for family gathering, everyone raved over it. However, I was disappointed in the noodles, I boiled them for limited time, and I think they were a little mushy. I made the recipe x 4, which was a little costly (recipe is just for 2). Really enjoyed the fresh basil on top. Will make again, but only par boil the noodles."

Everyone enjoyed for sunday dinner. The white sauce is a must! The expensive prosciutto not so much.Didnt feel it added any flavor. Doubled the recipe to feed everyone, but to much spinach. I could see tweaking and adding different ingredients to the filling. Will make it again!"
