So so so amazing and simple. The flavors were great and had a lot of spice. I used a combination of chicken stock and water and did not cut down on the liquids. I didn't think the chili came out thin at all, according to other reviews. The crushed pumpkin is genius. We love spice and heat, added one more pablano and some of the adobo chile juice ...
