"SOOOO YAMMY!! This dish was the star at my Thanksgiving table (second only to my husband's rotisserie turkey). I baked the yams after peeling and cutting to bite size pieces, and then thickened the sauce by adding a tablespoon of cornstarch diluted in a quarter cup of water.
