I asked for this cut of meat at the store and was told that is not one that is used any more. Or if they do have it there is only one (it is the first cut) and it does not weigh 3 pounds. So what can I replace it with?
What if I don't have "Italian Seasoning" in the cupboard... what exactly should I replace it with?
