LongBeachBill, Frank's is the only hot sauce I'll use for my wings. Also, Alton's recipe finally showed me what I was missing on the baking method. I've made wings for the Super Bowl every year for the last several, but they were always soggy and unappetizing. I'm looking forward to finally getting my hometown's best dish right."
