I made this for a church pot luck and it was a hit especially since it was a cold night in January. My husband and I have really enjoyed the left overs since I doubled the recipe. I couple of notes... I added 2 Tbs of Four Pepper dip mix (Tastefully Simple) because my jalapenos were quite mild. This kicked it up just enough to have zip without...

Excellent flavor and easy prep. My husband isn't a huge salmon fan and he commented several times how good it was. Only slight modification i made was I didn't have a full 1/4 cup of dijon so I used a little stone ground mustard to make up the difference. I have a little glaze left and think I'll try it on some chicken breasts. This recipe is a "

We have made this several times while camping. The foil packs work great in a dutch oven. We have actually combined some of the ingredients from this recipe with AB's Salmon Fillet en Papillote. I use the salmon & veggies from one and the noodles & broth from this recipe. Our future son-in-law keeps asking me to make it for him again!"

I wanted something light to serve for Easter dinner and this was perfect! Not hard to make and 100 times better than a store bought Angel Food Cake. I served it with pureed strawberries and whipped cream and everyone raved over it. Once again Ina's dessert was a huge hit!""

My family loves this recipe as is. My son asked why anyone would want to eat regular sloppy joes after trying this one! I have also made this in the morning and left it sit in the crockpot on warm all day since we were all on different eating schedules that day. It held up perfectly :)""

Reviewed Key Lime Coconut Cupcakes with White Chocolate Frosting

Excellent!! I did use bottled key lime juice and regular lime vest. I also grated a little zest on top and they were very pretty. Half were used for a work meeting one night and a school meeting the next day and everyone loved them! I did have icing left over so I think I'll make another batch for church meeting this weekend."

Reviewed Sour Cream Cupcakes

I made these for a work meeting & they were good. I did not make the frosting because I was making several different kinds and had to cut time and just made a chocolate gaunache instead and dipped them. I thought the cupcakes could have been sweeter but prehaps Anne's frosting would have made a difference. Next time I'll try making the whole recipe....
