Reviewed Spanish Chicken with Chorizo and Potatoes

This recipe was full of flavor. You must use chicken thighs with bone in, with skin in order to get the full flavor intended. I used beef chorizo from a mexican market which didnt smell good while it was cooking, but delicious when done. I didnt have enough potatoes, and so at my husbands suggestion I hesitantly peeled and cut up in chunks some"
