Reviewed Spring Green Risotto

"VERY time consuming but it's definitely worth it! She said making risotto is therapeutic and man it is! The husband thought I was taking forever, but when I was done he wanted seconds! Thanks Ina for an amazing recipe!

Reviewed Corn and Carrot Salad with Golden Raisins

"Very nice! I did it without corn, but with cucumbers and bell peppers and it was delicious! Also, I used the reduced fat mayo from Trader Joe's. Definitely a must try for carrot lovers!
