Reviewed Beef Short Ribs
"I thought that for the amount of time to cook that this requires, it was not worth it. It was tasty, but not amazing. I would personally get a short rib sauce from somewhere like Williams Sonoma that you know will be absolutely delicious. This recipe didn't do it for me, and I do love Ina's other recipes!
