Reviewed Pot Roast
"The BEST pot roast I have ever made. My family owns a farm and we constantly have beef to eat. I get tired of using chuck roast time and time again in stew. I tried this recipe and I fell in love with it. Make certain to use a decent red wine though and not a cheap cooking wine. I will make this again for certain!
