"This recipe is fabulous!! After reading the other reviews, I cut down the pepper for my family's taste and I threw in some cooked chicken. It has so much flavor and the ingredients all mix together so nicely. The sour cream/cilantro sauce enhanced what is already a VERY tasty quesadilla on its own.
