it's very festive and very different. however, my little dough came out soft. should it supposed to be crunchy (per my daughter)? maybe because after i fried them, i was tired and let it sat overnight and instead just continued making it the next day: toasting the hazelnuts and mixing dough and nuts w/ the honey. pls. advise and btw, Giada thank...
