Reviewed Chocolate Souffles

I had never made a souffle before and have got to say that this one was terribly easy, even for a novice. They also tasted great straight out of the oven, as well as the next day after being in the fridge overnight. I did half the recipe, but like other bakers, found there to be enough mixture for 4 x 150ml ramekins. Served with mint chocolate chip...
