The one dish I serve at holiday dinners where there are no leftovers. I double/triple the recipe (depending on number of guests). I prepare all the veggies early in the day and put everything in food storage bags. Then throw everything together right before dinner is served. So fresh and delicious!!!!! And a nice respite from the heavier foo"
