Reviewed Beef Lo Mein

"I used regular thin spaghetti pasta which worked just fine. I'm not that nuts about soba. Other than that, it was great! The smells were awesome, and I used a microplane to prepare the ginger root and garlic. I put a little arrowroot into the sauce to thicken it a little and that is really the only change other than the type of noodle. We loved it.
