Reviewed Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes
"I gave this recipe two stars because I did not like their taste. They were a little too sweet for me, and the actual cupcake did not have the chocolatey flavor I was looking for. I do agree with Ina in regards to the coffee. The coffee does give the chocolate a nice flavor, but, I just couldn't move passed the taste of the chocolate syrup. The ganache frosting is absolutely delicious. I would definitely make the frosting again, but, would stick to a more traditional chocolate cupcake recipe.

Reviewed Red Wine Risotto with Peas
"This recipe is great! It was so easy to make, and the result is amazingly delicious. I added 2 tablespoons of butter with the parmesan cheese at the end and "whipped the heck out of it". I learned that trick from Anne Burrell (from her Osso Bucco and Risotto Milanese Episode). It definitely makes a difference! "
