Oh My. This dish was so good. The brisket was tender and oh so tasty. The vegetables were equally good, though next time I will cut them a bit larger. Together they burst with flavor. Reviewed Basic Dough with Pate Fermentee

I do believe the amount of water and flour for the Pate Fermentee are backward. At 3 1/2 cups of flour and only 1 1/2 cups water. All you get a hard lump with left over flour.
I goggled and found a recipe with the same ingredients and instructions that called for 3 1/2 cups of water and only 1 1/2 cups flour which giver you a soupy mixture....
