perfect exactly the way it is. the sauce initially doesn't taste like anything special right after combining the ingredients, but after hours of cooking with the meat, it was perfect. the meat held it's shape but was incredibly soft. i had to cut the brisket into 2 pieces to fit into baking dishes. next time i'll just use my large dutch oven a...

Reviewed Strawberry and Rosemary Scones

Tasty, but the glaze makes it very sweet. I used 2 tbsp of rosemary and it adds a nice texture to the scone and cut the sweetness of the glaze. I had to cut the bake time to 16 minutes, I tried 18 minutes and the bottoms of the first batch were too brown. All in all, it's a good recipe and I will use it again. ""
