"Delicious! Used 1 pound ground beef and 3/4 cup of seasoned bread crumbs. used ground pepper and ground salt as well as 1 tsp of seasoned salt instead of the grill seasoning. Reviewed Chicken Stew with Biscuits

"Wonderful recipe - have served twice for company and was a big hit both times. I simmered my carrots before adding as I don't like them "crunchy" and likedthe suggestion by another reviwew that the pearl onions be simmered a bit also. I used low salt chicken broth and did not find the recipe salty after following the rest of the seasoning direct"

Reviewed Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

"Good final product, but white sauce needs to be 1.5 to 2 times the recipe. I sauteed spinach with the onions - turned out great. Might try adding the cheese to the white sauce next time and sprinkling parmesan on the top. If you don't have a mandolin this will take an hour for the potatoes to be properly cooked.
